Since 1972, Meals on
Wheels PLUS of Manatee, Inc. has been providing
nutritional assistance and caring supportive services to individuals in their homes or in
centers throughout Manatee County to help them to continue to live
independently. |

When there is a need, Meals on Wheels
PLUS makes it a goal to fill that need.

Although receiving some operating funds from local
and Federal governing
bodies, over 60 percent of the Meals on Wheels PLUS funds needed must be
raised through local donations, grants and fund
raising projects.
