By giving of our time, money and talents we can help discover the peace and contentment of knowing we have individually made a difference. Meals on Wheels PLUS is dedicated to people and meeting the needs of our community. With the help of your generous support we can continue to meet those needs. The Meals on Wheels PLUS Capital Campaign provides us all the ability to support a truly local cause and have a positive impact right here in our own backyard.
 

Nurturing and building program support services through citizen involvement. The Capital Campaign encourages community building through citizen involvement in volunteer activity and donor opportunities.

Responding to individual and community needs allows Meals on Wheels PLUS to service as the area's source for senior services and other supportive community services, Meals on Wheels PLUS identifies civic and service opportunities within Manatee County, recruits and places volunteers with area organizations, and responds to individual and community needs by linking people with a full range of available resources.

Providing community leadership

The Capital Campaign which lends community leadership and hands-on assistance to promote positive community change. Renaissance on 9th highlights our most recent achievement but many other projects and programs are supported by Meals on Wheels PLUS. We also partner with many community groups, businesses and organizations to increase opportunities and options for area residents.

Supporting community needs

As an integral part of addressing community needs, the Meals on Wheels PLUS Capital Campaign programs to forge solutions either by writing grants or by other fund raising activities.

Promoting a sense of community

Meals on Wheels PLUS and the funding support it receives through its
Capital Campaign will ensure that the organization can continue to grow together with Manatee County and continue to build the support network our area needs while creating a spirit that promotes a sense of hope and expectation.
